This Shipping Policy governs the shipment of products purchased through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays, after payment is successfully received.

Processing time refers to order preparation only and does not include transit time. Processing times may increase during new product launches, promotions, seasonal demand, or unforeseen operational delays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Bad Girls BBQ ships orders using USPS and/or UPS, depending on package size, weight, destination, and carrier availability.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

All shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only, to states where our products are legally permitted for sale.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

We may restrict shipments to certain locations due to regulatory, carrier, or operational limitations.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has shipped, not when the order is placed.

Typical transit times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays are outside our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Bad Girls BBQ is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Packages returned due to address errors

Orders returned due to address issues may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.

Risk of Loss & Title

All products are considered delivered once they are transferred to the shipping carrier.

Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon carrier acceptance. Bad Girls BBQ is not liable for loss, theft, or damage occurring after carrier pickup, except as required by applicable law.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking indicates a package has been delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim

  2. Verify delivery location with household members or neighbors

Bad Girls BBQ is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Replacement or refund requests for stolen packages are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of:

    • The damaged product

    • The shipping box

    • The shipping label

Do not discard the product or packaging until the issue is resolved. Failure to report damage within the stated timeframe may result in denial of a claim.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or an item is missing from your order:

  • Notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery

  • Include your order number and description of the issue

We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Food Product Disclaimer

Due to the nature of food products:

  • We do not accept returns on opened or used items

  • Taste preferences are subjective and not grounds for refunds

Products are shipped shelf-stable and packaged according to industry standards. Once delivered, proper storage and handling are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays & Force Majeure

Bad Girls BBQ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Labor strikes

  • Acts of government or regulatory changes

Such delays do not qualify for refunds or order cancellations once shipped.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
