This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on food items once they have shipped, except in cases of verified damage, defects, or fulfillment errors.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Taste preferences or personal flavor expectations

  • Opened or used products

  • Improper storage or handling after delivery

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

Eligible Refunds or Replacements

We will consider refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

1. Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery

  • Provide:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the damaged product

    • Photos of the shipping box and label

Do not discard the product or packaging until the claim is resolved.

2. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or an item is missing:

  • Contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery

  • Include your order number and a description of the issue

If confirmed, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds, when approved, are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

No Returns Accepted

We do not require customers to return food products under any circumstances. Approved resolutions may include:

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit

  • Partial or full refund

Resolution method is determined by Bad Girls BBQ.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

To request cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Order history review

  • Account restrictions

  • Submission of documentation to the payment processor

Food Safety Disclaimer

Our products are shelf-stable and manufactured and packaged following applicable food safety regulations.

Once delivered, the customer assumes responsibility for:

  • Proper storage

  • Safe handling

  • Consumption suitability

Bad Girls BBQ is not responsible for adverse reactions, misuse, or improper storage after delivery.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bad Girls BBQ, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
