Our Story

Bad Girls BBQ was born from love, smoke, and a little bit of outlaw spirit.

My stepdad, Tony, was a master of the pit — a man who could spend all day tending his smoker with the kind of patience and passion that turned simple cuts of meat into legendary feasts. At every family gathering, his slow-smoked creations were crowned with a sauce that no one could quite describe, but everyone craved. Sweet, smoky, bold, and unforgettable — it was his signature, and he kept its recipe close to his chest.

Tony taught me the art of smoking — not just the technical steps, but the soul behind it. He’d let me prep the meats, stir the sauce, taste as it simmered, and learn the rhythm of flavor, but the recipe itself remained his secret. In 2019, I floated the idea of bottling it, calling it Bad Girls BBQ based on women outlaws. He smiled but reminded me of the deal: I could use it, but never share it.

Before he passed, Tony entrusted me with that recipe. It wasn’t just a list of ingredients — it was a gift of trust, love, and legacy.

Bad Girls BBQ is more than just sauce. It’s smoke and sass. It’s tradition with a wild streak. It’s a thank-you to the man who loved me unconditionally and taught me to respect the fire. Every bottle label carries his legacy stamp- T.S, and every bite brings back the outlaw spirit that defined him.
